1. Our Services

EliteRecruitPages.com is a custom website design service based in Georgia, USA. We build custom athlete recruiting landing pages for high school student athletes. We offer three service tiers:

An optional monthly maintenance add-on is available for $35 per month and covers stat updates, new photos, and content refreshes.

2. Payment Terms

We accept payment via PayPal invoice, Cash App, and Venmo.

Failure to pay the remaining balance within 7 days of project completion may result in the page being taken offline until payment is received.

3. Project Process & Turnaround

Once your deposit is received and your assets are submitted we will begin building your page. Our standard turnaround times are:

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 — approximately 72 to 96 hours from receipt of all assets
• Tier 3 — approximately 72 hours with priority build status

Turnaround times begin only after we have received all required assets including photos, stats, video links, and any branding preferences. Delays in providing assets will extend the turnaround timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

As the client you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate athlete information including stats, school details, and class year
• Ensuring you have the right to use all photos and videos submitted to us
• Submitting all assets in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• Reviewing the completed page and submitting revision requests within 7 days of delivery
• Maintaining any third party accounts such as custom domains if applicable

5. Revisions

Each tier includes a set number of revisions as listed above. A revision is defined as a reasonable change to existing content such as updating text, swapping a photo, or adjusting colors.

Revisions do not include requests for completely new design concepts or additions of features not included in the original tier. Additional revisions beyond what is included in your tier may be available for an additional fee.

All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of the page going live. Requests submitted after this window may be subject to additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment you own the content of your athlete page including all text and design elements specific to your athlete.

EliteRecruitPages.com retains the right to use completed pages as portfolio examples in our marketing materials, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all photos, videos, and other content you submit to us. EliteRecruitPages.com is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from client-submitted materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

EliteRecruitPages.com is not responsible for recruiting outcomes. We make no guarantees regarding the number of college offers, coach contacts, or any other recruiting results that may or may not occur as a result of using our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

9. Changes To These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
